Cieux Du Cœur is an independent creative label founded and operated by Sloan Kilgore. Through our website, we share and offer original clothing, accessories, objects, and other creative works developed under the C.DC. name.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.

1. ABOUT C.DC.

Cieux Du Cœur is an independently operated creative label. Our products, collections, artwork, designs, and creative direction are developed with the intention of creating something beyond traditional retail.

We operate our online store through Shopify and may work with independent production, manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping partners to bring our products to customers.

Throughout these Terms, references to “we,” “us,” “our,” and “C.DC.” refer to Cieux Du Cœur and its operator, Sloan Kilgore.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

C.DC. releases products through individual collections, limited releases, and other creative projects.

Product availability may vary. Certain products may be offered for a limited time, while others may return in future releases.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, and other details accurately. However:

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Product measurements may have minor manufacturing variations.

Certain design, material, or production details may vary slightly between individual items.

Product images may include styling, accessories, or display elements that are not included with the purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and product descriptions when necessary.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Many C.DC. products are made to order through independent production partners.

This means production begins after a customer places an order rather than every item being held as finished inventory.

Our intended processing and production window is 7–14 business days before shipment, unless a different timeframe is displayed on the applicable product page or communicated to the customer.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping carrier.

Production and fulfillment are handled through third-party partners. Although we work to provide accurate timelines and consistent quality, occasional production or shipping delays may occur.

If we cannot fulfill an order within the applicable timeframe, we will communicate with the customer and provide any cancellation, refund, or other options required by applicable law.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

You have reviewed the product description and applicable sizing information.

You understand the made-to-order production process where applicable.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, investigate suspicious transactions, and cancel or refuse orders when legally permitted.

If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

6. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices, promotional offers, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively alter the price of an already accepted order, except where correction or adjustment is legally permitted.

Promotional codes and discounts may have additional terms, expiration dates, or product restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using the shipping methods available at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. C.DC. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery information, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery issue, customers should contact us so we can investigate with the appropriate production partner or shipping carrier.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because many C.DC. products are made to order, all purchases are final sale for ordinary changes of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect size selections.

However, we recognize that production and shipping issues can occur.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with their order number and supporting photographs or videos.

We review these situations individually and may arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when an issue is verified.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original creative content associated with C.DC. is owned by or licensed to Cieux Du Cœur, unless otherwise indicated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Brand names and logos.

Original artwork and graphics.

Product designs and creative concepts.

Photography and visual content.

Website layouts and written content.

Collection names and other brand identifiers.

These materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create competing products without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a C.DC. product does not transfer ownership of its underlying artwork, design, trademarks, or intellectual property.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store relies on third-party services to operate, process payments, manufacture products, fulfill orders, and provide shipping.

These services may include Shopify, Tapstitch, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers.

C.DC. is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services, but we remain responsible for our obligations to customers under applicable law.
