Cieux Du Cœur (C.DC.) is an independent creative label founded and operated by Sloan Kilgore. Every release is approached with intention, and our products are made to order through our production partners rather than held as traditional mass-produced inventory.

Because of this production model, we ask that customers review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect size selection.

Color differences resulting from individual screen or display settings.

Items that no longer meet a customer’s personal styling preferences.

Please review the available sizing charts and product information before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Although we work with production partners to maintain product quality, occasional issues can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the product you purchased, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

Photographs of the packaging, when relevant.

Each claim will be reviewed individually. If the issue is verified, we will work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not send items back without receiving instructions from our team.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us.

We will review the shipment information and coordinate with our production or shipping partners to investigate.

Packages marked as delivered may require additional verification through the shipping carrier. A delivery scan alone does not always establish that a customer personally received the package, and we will review the available information before determining an appropriate resolution.

MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because C.DC. products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
